Capoeira Classes for Adults and Kids
Jungle Five Dock – 4/87 Great North Rd, Five Dock
The Studio is convenient located at the main street of Five Dock. With Council Car Park just behind our building and next to all shops, cafes and restaurants.
The Classes take place at Jungle Five Dock, the first movement gym in the inner west – memberships available for Gym & Capoeira training.
Adult Classes are focused on the Basic Movements of Capoeira bringing a vast range of mobility and strength exercises.
Kids sessions are split into age groups – 3 to 6 years old and 7 to 12 years old.
Free trial for newcomers. Beginners are welcome.
4.00pm to 4.35pm – Kids 3 to 6 years old
4.45pm to 5.30pm – Kids 7 to 12 years old
6.30pm to 7.30pm – Teens and Adults All levels
4.00pm to 4.35pm – Kids 3 to 6 years old
4.45pm to 5.30pm – Kids 7 to 12 years old
6.30pm to 7.30pm – Teens and Adults All levels
9.30am to 10.15am – Kids ages 3-6
10.15am to 11.00am – Kids ages 7-12
11.00am to 12.00pm – Teens and Adults All levels
12.00pm to 1.00pm – Intermediate and Advanced Levels
