Capoeira Classes for Adults and Kids

The Studio is located in next to Broadway Shopping Centre which makes it the best parking option (2 hours free).
Working in collaboration with Health Alliance Movement (Physiotherapy and Exercise Physiology) – who kindly opened the doors to our school, we are in the CrossFit RJ Gym building.
Adult Classes are focused on the Basic Movements of Capoeira bringing a vast range of mobility and flexibility exercises.
Kids sessions are split into age groups – 3 to 6 years old and 7 to 12 years old.
Free trial for newcomers. Beginners are welcome.
4.00pm to 4.35pm – Kids 3 to 6 years old
4.45pm to 5.30pm – Kids 7 to 12 years old
7.00pm to 8.00pm – Teens and Adults All levels
4.45pm to 5.30pm – Kids 7 to 12 years old
6.00pm to 6.30pm – Music Class
6.30pm to 7.30pm – Adults and Teens
11.00am to 1.00pm – Teens and Adults All levels
