Capoeira Classes for Kids
Gunnamatta Pavilion, Room 3 – 39-41 Nicholson Pde, Cronulla
Right at the Gunnamatta Bay, near the water, this location has become the spot where parents meet to enjoy the sunshine while the kids are training Capoeira and then go for a nice swim and play!
Kids classes are split into age groups:
– 3 to 6 years old: Through Animal Movements and games, kids explore their mobility and coordination with flexibility developing core skills to move with confidence. Instilling resilience and respect from an early age.
– 7 to 12 years old: These Classes focus on the Martial Art techniques and Acrobatics along with the continuous flow movement of Capoeira for Kids of all fitness levels. Creating rich Games and meaningful relationships.
Free trial for newcomers. Beginners are welcome.
